We have recently do up our store in Orchard Central in conjunction to our latest collection – Parachute.

Did you know that all the wordings are actually form by small little inverted triangles.

The inspiration behind the collection. "Grounded and then airborne. Flying to falling. Ready to break impact against the ground. To parachute is to prepare for arriving with grace, strength, and control"

The decals was only phase 1 of our installation. More was to come.

Introducing Dracula Cape

You can never tell the chaos behind the scene as last minute changes, adjustments, makeup snafus and all other unexpected problems crop up just before the real show. What you see on the runway, calm and composed but what is happening behind are very high pace. It seems to be a different timezone. Here’s a peak at some of the action that took place behind during Mens Fashion Week 2011 Singapore Designers Showcase..

Motivated By Dream

It has been a quite a while since we last blog. There’s certainly lots of exciting events happened in the past one year or so. Looking ahead, we are sure that there will be many more exciting updates as we continue to do better all because we are motivated by our dream.

We will start of from the recent Mens Fashion Week all the way to our adventures that took place in the past year. Enjoy!

2011

March 2011, we launched our first debut men's wear, inspired by Parachute at Men's Fashion Week 2011 at Marina Bay Sands. Curated by local extravagant Fashion producer Daniel Boey, our show would not be possible without his uncompromising visions for the Singaporean Designer Show.Connoting the voluminous movement of a parachute in flight are the oversized label, draping cape-inspired silhouette and harem pants. The 15 showcased outfits are clean cut, befitting a wearer that is disciplined, athletic, always in motion and ready for actions, inspiring a contemporary notion of masculinity that is as much about the smart suit as the industrial suit in which you deal with life's physical elements and the one you can feel free in, against the wind.

Also happened in March 2011, we are honored to stock our collection at newly launch multi label concept store at Seoul, Korea-- PRODUCT. Founded by Jeong, the shop carries labels like Alexander Wang, Ann Sofie Black, Daydream Nation etc.

Jan 2011, It is definitely dream come true for us to have our first flagship store opened at Orchard Central. With humble 936sf space, we are retailing all our creations from first collection to the latest collection under one roof. With the supports of Orchard Central & Heneiken, we are successfully launched our store-SABRINAGOH together with our neighbors-Blackmarket No.2 and The Reckless Shop on 27th Jan.

2010

Dec 2010, launched of the 5th Collection- Spring Summer 2011 Blend in Stand out. Evoking the camourflage mechanism of zebra stripes and hide-and-seek shadow play of the city's landscape, this season's look envisions a woman who is as comfortable fading into the background and as she is confident to stand out strong.

Dec 2010, won ELLE Awards 2010- Designer of the Year.

Participated at Mango Fashion Awards 2010, el boton 3rd edition and was nominated top 46 finalists internationally.

Uncovering Behind The Scene: ELOHIM Fall Winter 10

New collection launch is always exciting, especially when it takes few months of brainstorming hardworks. This time, we are very thankful to work with Sazeli Jalal & Shah Reens again who took beautiful pictures & hair/make up for ELOHIM past season collections’ campaign.

Our Fall collection is inspired by Poison Ivy. We want to illustrate a lover, a fighter and a femme fatale. A poisonous plant, a Marvel comic character from the Batman series. A metaphor for the modern woman, alluring others and defending herself.

There are many thoughts/ concepts & setting in the shoot. For example the sign of danger on red flooring- contrast with greenish backdrop & rich colourful floral for the metaphor of poisonous plant. It was a successful shoot from head to toe, the sets, the make up, the expression etc.
