Departed from Ken ting, we returned to city life again to Kaoh Siung after 4 days of village life.
First stop, Dream Mall- this was the first shopping mall i went in Taiwan. Before we went in, there was a big New Year Countdown concert stage before us. It was excited to see the set up and we cant wait to go back to Taipei to experience the countdown at Tower 101.

The mall was very much like Paragon with many international big brands. Overall, other than the luxury, i love Cheng Pin (www.eslite.com) Bookstore the most, which is similar to kinokuniya but about 98% are chinese books. It was a pity that i was not allowed to take any pictures in there, but there is always google

Then, we went up to Dream Mall’s roof top to take our free ferris wheel ride which also known as Kaoh Siung eye.

You might be curious, what other places do all the young locals go? Checkout this place: Xin Jue Jiang (新掘江). There were many fashion boutiques, hair salons, accessories and leather shops and many food hawkers.

It was hard to find a nice local fashion boutique in Taiwan, because most of their fashion you can easily spot at Far East Shopping Mall. During the fashion hunt, i found this nice boutique with many customers inside. Unfortunately, no photo taking!

We stayed at Kaoh Siung for 2 days. The second day we went over to Qi Jin with mrt & ferry to see sunset and windwill.
